Our providers are contracted with most major insurance companies. Because of the volume, it is difficult for us to mention them all here. We recommend that you contact your insurance carrier and ask if the provider here is contracted or a preferred provider on your plan. A customer service number can usually be found on your insurance id card or if you do not have a card, please contact a representative from your Human Resources Department. Attention:
Healthy Options and Basic Health Patients Effective July 1, 2012, five new insurance plans have been awarded the contracts for the Healthy Options and Basic Health plans. These are: Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care Corp, Molina Healthcare of Washington, and United Healthcare Community Plan.
What you need to know:
Our office is already contracted with Molina Healthcare and United Healthcare and you should not need to make any changes to your enrollment if you are enrolled with either of these plans.
We will not be able to see patients covered by Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of Washington, or Coordinated Care for Basic Health or Healthy Options, as we are not contracted with them. Current Basic Health patients may make enrollment changes ONLY between May 14 - June 4 by calling 1-800-660-9840 or visiting www.basichealth.hca.wa.gov . Please scroll down for link.
